Located in sunny San Jose del Cabo, Mexico at the southern tip of the Baja peninsula. A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 square foot fully furnished ground floor condo. Master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, with the option of turning the twins into 1 x King size bed. Guest bathroom located beside the guest bedroom in the hallway.

Settled in a secure, gated, complex, our Peninsula condo is ideal for 2-4 people, looking for sun, fun and a comfortable get away. Our condo is located on a quiet Cul de Sac in the hotel zone, just a few blocks from miles of sandy beach.

Complete with stylish furniture, stainless appliances, granite countertops, iHeat on demand hot water tanks, a water filtration system at the kitchen sink area, portable washer dryer, smart TV, satellite, DVD player and DVD’s, hi speed Wi-Fi, Sony audio system with Bluetooth and CD player, plenty of bedding, towels, secure safe, beach chairs, umbrella, floor fans, A.C. and much more. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender and kitchen accessories. Everything is provided, just bring clothes, food and drinks.

Our large patio comes with table and 6 chairs directly off the living room, as well as 2 chairs and a table off the bedroom patio for relaxing. We offer a propane BBQ ready for use. The patio is north west facing, overlooking the golf course where you can enjoy warm afternoon sun, peace and quiet and oh ya…. the sunsets are amazing.

Our outdoor pool and palapa rivals many large resorts and is less than a 1 minute walk from our front door. Plenty of comfortable loungers, tables and chairs and shaded areas make this ideal for relaxing around the pool.

Parking space is directly out our front door in any space marked V2. Los Cabo international airport is located a short 15-18 minute drive north of the city. There you can easily find private shuttles, buses, car rentals and taxis to get you into town quickly.

A few minute walk from our complex are fabulous restaurants, shops, car rental place, pharmacy, fitness gym, and numerous bars.

San Jose has many golf courses, adventure tour companies, for Zip lining, ATV touring, jet ski rentals, great fishing, whale watching and there is always so much to do in San Jose. Downtown is a short 5 - 7 minute drive from our condo where you will find many great restaurants, bars, shops, sports bars to catch the games, live music and an art district that is a must see. Thursday evenings is the popular “Art Walk” where local artists set up and you can walk for hours, to check out so much beautiful artwork.

San Jose has many world class golf courses, adventure tour companies, for Zip lining, ATV touring, jet ski rentals, great fishing, whale watching and there is always so much to do in San Jose.

For groceries, drinks and other accessories La Comer and Selecto Chadraui grocery stores are both only 2-3 minute drive from our condo. If looking for a little more night life and party action, Cabo San Lucas is a short 25 minute drive west of our condo down the tourist corridor, hwy 1.

If looking to stretch it out a little, the charming and popular destination of Todos Santos is an hour drive north of Cabo San Lucas. Todos Santos has art galleries, restaurants, music, bars, bistros, Pacific coast ATV haven… and has some of the best surfing there in the world. Las Barrilles is a wake boarding, boating, ATV’ing paradise, located about 1 hour and 15 minute drive north of San Jose, up the East Cape, side of the Baja.

Located in sunny San Jose del Cabo, Mexico at the southern tip of the Baja peninsula. A cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully furnished 575 sq ft ground floor condo available for daily short term and long-term rentals. The condo is ideal for 1-2 persons only.

This condo comes with an open concept well stocked kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, stove top, coffee maker, blender, dishes and accessories.

The living room area has a couch, chair, coffee table.

The bedroom has a queen bed, end table, desk and a walk-in closet, with linens, towels / as well as pool and beach towels.

Bathroom is simple and clean with a toilet, sink and shower.

TV with Firestick for access to Netflix, HBO, movies, shows, WiFi and more

Air Conditioning and ceiling fans in bedroom and living room area.

Comfortable outdoor patio off the living room with table, 2 chairs, propane BBQ and plants. The patio is a perfect space for morning coffee, breakfast area and afternoon evening shade for relaxing dinners.

About the Complex

Las Misiones is a gated complex, with 2 pools, large palapas, tennis & pickleball courts, parking spot available for the condo, and all are walking distance from the condo. Complex is about 400 meters up from miles of sandy beach. The entrance to the complex is right on the Malecon (main street) in the hotel zone of San Jose del Cabo, Baja Sur Mexico.

Restaurants, bars, bank machines, pharmacy, car rentals and shops all walking distance within 2-5 minutes. 2 large grocery stores, La Comer and Chadraui are just up the street. Downtown San Jose is a short 5–7-minute drive into town where there are many restaurants, bars, art galleries, music, events, outdoor markets and the popular Thursday night Art Walk.

The Las Misiones complex is also located along side the Vidanta Golf course in the heart of the hotel zone. We are literally a 3 minute drive from the Pro Shop; entrance to the tourist corridor highway 1 for easy access to the Cabo international airport, or a 25 minute drive down the highway to Cabo San Lucas.
